Pann Auto Performance

I've stopped in a couple of times during posted business hours, and have never found them to be open. I've tried calling the business number, and it appears to be disconnected. A neighboring business indicated that that's just how Pana Auto generally works. Disappointing. I guess I will search elsewhere.

I paid $8,000 for parts, and 12 months have passed without a response. The refund isn't ready, and the customer no longer responds. If I go to the store, he hides and won't come out. I'm forced to initiate legal proceedings.

What should’ve been a straightforward job ended up dragging on for 8+ months, with minimal communication throughout the process. Several calls were placed to the business as well as random appearances to get some answers, that resulted in more questions then anything as the truck was being stored on the lot without ever being touched for several months, with half of the total cost paid up front as a "deposit." Recommending Gerald at Pann Auto Performance to a close friend who brought in his 4Runner for an engine swap was a grave mistake. What should’ve been a routine job turned into an 8+ month nightmare. There was little to no communication, constant delays, and a complete lack of accountability. My friend was left in the dark most of the time, and when he finally got the truck back, the work was subpar and still not done right. He had to take it to another shop just to get it fixed properly — and ended up paying twice.
