John was immediately personable and attentive, put my mind at ease, and gave a fair and reasonable estimate right on the spot. Everyone in the office was super friendly and helpful, and I was able to get an appointment scheduled quickly. I'd read that my car's particular paint color (Mazda Soul Red Crystal Metallic) is notoriously difficult to match. Papa Auto Body was great to work with - I definitely have car maintenance anxiety, and they communicated clearly and professionally to help me through the repair process. They were very understanding as I waited for payment to come through my insurance, and helped me save some money too. Lastly, even though I was just getting a door panel repaired, it looked like they did a full detail of my interior without charging or making a big deal about it. Would definitely recommend and come back if I need any other work done.

They were very helpful and quick to help fix my car after it was hit. They worked with the insurance company directly to handle estimates and payments so I didn’t have to and even fixed my sensors free of charge when the insurance wouldn’t cover it. Will definitely go back. Highly recommend!
