My car and other cars on my block were tagged with some kind of chalky substance (luckily not spray paint)--I was able to brush some of it off and more came off with a car wash, but the writing was still visible and I was worried about it possibly getting rusty or someone else trying to tag over it. I'm somewhat new to the area and haven't needed any auto body services yet, so I spent some time looking up a few places nearby and went with Papaleo's based on the great reviews. I came in to get more information about cost and what it would take to take care of the problem area. I spoke with the kind person at the front desk (I can't remember her name--so sorry) and she brought Ben out to help me. He shared super helpful information about the spot that was tagged and a couple of other thing

I can't begin to say how pleased I am with the way my car looked when I picked it up from repairs from an accident. It looked like I just left the showroom. The service was excellent. I can't recommend Papaleos enough. Absolutely wonderful work.

Papaleo's is a certified Tesla body repair shop. In December when coming back from vacation, I found that my car was hit by a tree limb in the front fender. I decided to send my car to Papaleo's for repair via my insurance. They were very friendly and was up front with me that it will be weeks to get the parts needed (Due to Tesla). The parts came in March and a little over a month later the car was fixed. They were very kind as I called for updates throughout. The work is perfect. Yes it took long, but it was no fault if their own. This will be my go to body shop from now on.

Papaleo's repaired my X5 M Competition back to better than brand new when I unfortunately hit a deer back in December. I, hands down, would recommend this shop. Benny and his team did an absolutely stunning repair job and made sure that nothing but the best was used on my car to restore it back to original. This is my second time bringing one of my vehicles to this shop and every time I am beyond impressed by the end result. I recommend this shop to anyone who wants to make sure their vehicle is done right and will end up looking better than when it went in.
