Papa's Emissions

the google business profile says this place is open until 7:30pm. i went at 6:00pm and they were closed. wasted my time driving there through traffic, you should update your profile.

The older African man that works here was very unprofessional and made me severely uncomfortable. He repeatedly leaned into my car, complimented me, touched my arm and kept asking me for my number even though I was refusing. He even persisted after telling him that I wasn’t interested/in a relationship. I just needed an emissions test so I can renew my registration. After this long and uncomfortable interaction, THE SERVICE THAT I PAID FOR WAS NOT DONE. I don’t know what this guy did but I’m not able to renew my registration because apparently my emissions test was not put into the system. A waste of time and money. I wish I could give negative stars.

Exelente I think you are getting the wrong customer, I was served in the morning by a very attentive and kind lady, and I paid her, then I went and repaired my car the same day, and that night you didn't charge me because I already I had paid and had the receipt with me. In fact, you did the test and the truck passed fine. For that reason I left you an EXCELLENT comment. In fact, I was also thinking of going back there in April for the renovation, but I think it's better that I go somewhere else to avoid confusion.

Like the other reviews say, Ezra is an effing weirdo. He was super touchy and he put his head and elbows in my passenger side window. When he was done and I was ready to leave, he just stayed asking over and over if I'd spend more time with him.
