Fastest and easiest buying experience I've ever had. Red is a stand up guy who had honest answers to all of my questions and didn't try and sell me any add-ons that I didn't need. I will do business with Papik again.
They were good on checking the tire wear. They gave options for 3 tire types with prices, warranty, etc.
Kelby was an amazing salesman at Papiks in Sibley. He worked with me while I was on a hunting trip to order my vehicle on the day the order window opened. I had no cell service but he knew exactly what I needed and got it done. 6 months later and I got my vehicle. He kept in constant touch throughout the entire process. When it came time to pay, there were ZERO additional fees over MSRP. ZERO. I've heard and seen horror stories from other dealers of massive upcharges...not at Papiks. This was an easy and pleasant experience and a testament to Kelby as a salesman and person and to Papiks as a business. Couldn't be more happy!
After looking at several vehicles on the web, we chose to check out the vehicle from Papik Motors. Found it to be just as represented and was impressed with Kelby's quick attention to potential customers. Within 5 minutes of arriving, we were on our way for a test drive. There was no high pressure, but rather making sure our needs were met. We would recommend Kelby highly for all your auto needs.
If I could leave 0 stars I absolutely would. Do not buy from these guys. They’re super respectful and polite up until they have your money, after that good luck trying to get any service out of them. It’s like pulling teeth. And then when you do finally get them to work on your vehicle… they halfass it. I needed my front and rear bumpers repainted and they literally scratched the front bumper right away and did not fix it. They were also supposed to touch up and polish over EVERY imperfection. All they did was dabbed some touch up on like 1/4 of everything wrong and called it good. No buff no polish, and then proceeded to seal in that botched work under an $800 ceramic that I’m not gonna pay for. They were also supposed to service it. They didn’t. There’s a few other things they messed up
