When my alternator went out, he came to my work place, halfway across the county, and towed my vehicle to his garage, got the alternator, belt and tensioner replaced, and he charged my battery for me. Zack came in clutch when I needed my cv axles replaced and I had work the next day. He was easily reached and came right to the house and got me rolling again. Some time after he did the cv axles on my truck, the starter went out in my father in laws truck.
