Came in on with an emergency repair. Long ways from home, staff was very accommodating with getting me in and repairs started. They were incredibly nice to myself and my road dog . Thank you to all the staff .

If I can give them zero stars I will literally sitting outside called parts department to get a price the guy was so rude asked for his name and he hung up , first thing he asked was if I can be there within 5 minutes and i told him am outside if he cab confirm they have the part i can be there , will reach out to a Manager.

I was considering purchasing a semi here even after seeing the reviews but after doing a bit of research on trucks, i stumbled across a video on youtube of a guy i follow and he went to this dealership and the service he got was absolutely horrible. Im not sure of who the salesperson is but to treat people like that, is not fair. Good thing i seen the video because maybe he would have done the same to me!! Hopefully management takes full accountability of this guys actions and fires him. Not only did he lose a potential sale but also showed 2 Million people how this place does business!!! We bought our first Kenworth we took it in for our first service. They were awesome to deal with. I will definitely use them for our service needs.
