I thought taking my truck to the dealer would be like staying at a 5 star hotel. you'd think for over 160 dollars an hour they would know how to do things right. there is nothing worse than having someone who sits in front of a computer tell you how a truck works. I will stick with TA where you can talk to the mechanic who is going to work on your truck. Just had to address an issue at my fuse box and was reminded of the poor work this place did. I asked them to take their time and fix the wiring situation near the fuse box. they just zip-tied the wires and shoved them out of the way. I am unable to get the fuse puller back in the holder. These people are in too big of a rush. They didn't even diagnose the problem with my trans temp gauge. I had a TA mechanic plug in the diagnostic compu

I don’t know how many people have needed parts late at night for a big rig but recently I found myself able to get parts for my truck at 9:40 at night. Amazing customer service most parts in stock. If you don’t know the part you need or what it’s called, Just bring it in and they will match it! Open weekdays 6am-10pm and Saturday 7am-3:30pm

Every time I’ve been here, there’s always a long wait. The main issue is that only two people are working the desk, no matter how busy it gets. The company really needs to staff more people to speed things up. It’s frustrating and wastes a lot of time.
