Can't even look a carrier bearing right useless

I came to this location to buy some parts for one of the jobs I was working on this week. I called them to see if they have the parts in stock. I was very happy to find that they did. When I arrived I found a parking spot though there wasn't a whole lot of extra parking spot in the parts section. There was nobody in line so I got helped immediately which was refreshingly nice. Sometimes I go in there and there's a long line but there's no Rhyme or Reason to win the line is long or short. Just the luck of the draw I guess. I had a quote number so they had my part available as promised. I was in and out of there in 10 minutes. I will definitely take my business back to these guys again

OTR driver needed engine work. Of course there's a little bit of a wait to get your truck in the shop. Duh! The service staff has been nothing but exemplary, very helpful, very professional, very knowledgeable. The work on my truck was great. Kudos to the mechanics! While I waited, I watched TV in their driver lounge. Clean, nice leather seating, some magazines, soda machine. No coffee? What is the deal with that? That's a fail. Seriously. Wish they had trailer parking. I had to leave my trailer out on the street and got a parking ticket. There is a crane company that takes up most of the parking with all of their trailers so there isn't much available. Who knows why they don't park in their own yard?
