If you do not have a Kenworth go anywhere else to get service done on your trucks. We brought out Internatioanl in for a fuel system issue. They went ahead and did a custom since the part wasn’t able to be ordered. They charged us $1000, the fix lasted 24 hours, didn’t honor any work, told us it would be another $2300. The other shop we took it to said their custom work made the situation worse so we had to scrap the truck entirely. We brought our feightliner in the follow week for standard PM, told them we’d pick it up next morning. Evidently only one person in the office knows how to use the credit card machine. By the time that person showed up we were late to work. Not only that, they drained the batteries so the truck was dead. Resulting in us needing to buy all new batteries since

Had my truck towed in needing transmission work wouldn't start they diagnosed it to be a transmission computer was bad replaced it Problem solved but wouldn't shift probably returned back they got me right in John ,Mike in service department we're great but Randy is the best technician I've seen I give him a (Five + Stars) He reprogrammed it now it shifts better than it ever did Top Notch Shop when my Truck needs repairs again I will definitely return Thanks so much
