Par-K Enterprises Inc Jeep

Tyler & Dave in service were great to work with. They treated my 9 yr old Cherokee like it was their own. My 4wd is finally fully functional after 2yrs and multiple attempts at other dealerships. The folks at Par-K know and understand the whole "Jeep" thing! You are in good hands in their service department. They earned my trust and the 5 stars!

Rachel and Joel are a dream team! I put them through the wringer with my car purchase and they were beyond amazing! Patient and super accommodating!! If you need a car, go see Rachel Madison’s…you won’t be disappointed.

Absolutely horrible experience. In July, my wife and I, decided to get her a new vehicle. We saw the perfect Jeep at Par-K and decided to call and set up an appointment. Second were Missing floor mats, they happily said they would replace them. They did so with generic Jeep mats that didn't fit the Wrangler. Again, we looked past this. However what happened next was some of the worst customer service and complete ineptitude I've ever dealt with. They sold us a Jeep with a lien still on it. So event

Unfortunately I leased a 2023 Compass from this dealer. They claimed that Compasses are improved and in some instances, they are but mostly, they’re junk! Loud motor, the emergency brake keeps engaging when the auto engage is NOT ON, the transmission shimmies, but there’s “nothing wrong with it!” (Compasses are notorious for poor transmissions, I found out after leasing it) etc…Now, in less than a years time, it’s back in for repairs for a strong antifreeze odor. This time, I did NOT take it to Par-k for the repairs, as I was told by the extremely, rude, obnoxious kid that works the service desk, that there are other dealers in the area, when I told him I wasn’t satisfied with the previous service. I had issues with Par-k’s service department years ago with a different, older, obnoxious
