Paragon had a used 2013 a Hyundai for sale. Said it was a customers car who had moved to Oregon, didn’t want it. Car looked and ran great. Checked the oil, standing right next to Mike, the mechanic, looked fine. Bought the car. 80 miles down the road the car was out of oil. Damaged engine. Cost to fix it what we paid for the car. I find it hard to believe a mechanic of 21 years didn’t know something was wrong / loosing oil. I will now have to buy my grandson another car. No warranty. I didn’t think I needed one because I trusted a nice mechanic of 21 years. And the fact that his rating was 4.8 out of 5. My grandson was disappointed. A life lesson learned. I’d beware of this shop.

Me and my friends went to the garage to change the battery, but unfortunately, the guy started talking to us about the alternator as if we knew nothing about cars. He ended up showing us an exorbitant price, so we simply asked for a battery, which we didn't buy because the labor cost was enormous for the work involved.

My Honda Pilot stopped working right before Thanksgiving week. Every shop I called didn't have time till early December except Paragon. Chris got my vehicle in before the holiday and found out that I needed a new engine. I decided against fixing the vehicle but couldn't pay my bill right away. He was patient and understanding of my situation and allowed me to pay my bill within a three week window. Chris and his guys know what they're doing at this mechanic shop and if you don't mind paying a little extra for top notch customer service and vehicle maintenance, this shop is for you!

We have been using Paragon for a number of years with our fleet of vehicles. Highly recommend them as Chris is very fair and thorough. Today I put him in a tough spot knowing I had to get our service van back on the road tomorrow. We had scheduled our service in advance and he let me know it wasn’t likely to be a one day job. I needed the vehicle for service calls the next day and his team delivered. Thanks Chris and team. Glad we have someone in town we can count on.

I originally found Paragon as a recommended mechanic through AAA. I have been very pleased with my experiences so far! They have completed a variety of preventive maintenance services from oil changes to brakes and transmission fluid on 2 different vehicles of mine. They have done good work in a reasonable time and for a fair price. Chris is helpful with prioritizing his recommendations so that there's no pressure to do it all at once. The only negative I have to say is that I once received documentation showing the wrong oil was used. A quick call to Chris confirmed that this was just a paperwork error. A totally understandable mistake, but could potentially be an issue if I ever have to produce records for a warranty claim. All things considered, I plan to continue using Paragon
