Paris Repair

Had severe tire issues while traveling from South Dakota to Arkansas. The owners of Paris Repair were so helpful in getting us back on the road. They went the extra mile (literally, as the tires I needed were 30 miles away) in every aspect of my service. They even took the time to call me personally the next day to ensure that my family and I made it home safe. I'm not close enough to do business with them regularly but if I were they would have a customer for life!

Really a customer orientated service...went above and beyond keeping me in the loop about my repairs. Paris Repairs stands behind their work. I had an issue with a repair...it wasn't repaired correctly. I brought my truck back and they made it right. I was really impressed that they saw my tires needed to be replaced and had several tire quotes ready for me to look at. Also, I really appreciated they checked the brakes on both my vehicles and let me know they had plenty of brake pad left. I'll be using them again in the future!

I received exceptional service that went above and beyond!! I have a summer vacation trip upcoming, and was in need of 4 new tires. In addition to the tires being ordered the day I decided what ones I wanted, the changing of the tires was done on the Fourth of July holiday when the shop would've normally been closed!!! I highly recommend checking with this shop first before any other shop!! Keep up the good work!!!

We were traveling on vacation and the Wheel bearing went out on our Suburban. These guys got us in and out in record time. The only reason it took so long was waiting for parts and that wasn't so bad. They did a great job and were super friendly and nice. If we had to break down this was the perfect place. Quickly completed troubleshooting on my truck, and could have easily price-gouged us while we were stranded off of I-29 in Rockport, MO, but he instead had us on our way sooner than we thought possible. Everything we could ask for in a service shop.
