I took the services from this company through my car dealer package. Roderick was great and did great work for interior cleaning of seats. It looked brand new and he did some additional cleaning to look nice. Highly recommend his services. He is very professional and a great person to talk to. Got an interior car detail. Upon arrival, I was told there was “so much dog hair” in my car - I don’t have a dog and I’ve had a dog in my car maybe twice. There was minimal dog hair. Got upcharged $75, despite this not being on the website in the details of an interior car detail. Listed separately where you wouldn’t see it unless specifically looking for it under “a special service”. I tried to talk to the boss who hung up on me mid conversation and did not answer my repeated attempts to call back. Tavoris, the man who cleaned my car, was polite and reasonable. Only complaint is he did not do a complete job of my car - left a film on my windows and did not clean my seats at all, as part of the basic package. My seats were untouched with many prior stains visible. Overall, my car is clean
