Park Plaza

Park Plaza is an amazing place for seniors to call home. Their environment is positive, joy filled and fun. The staff are kind and caring. They treat the resident's family as family. The building is clean, bright and lovely. The food is amazing and plentiful. Park Plaza has frequent events that are creatively designed for seniors to enjoy while living their best lives. We are very blessed by Park Plaza, and we are grateful to them for taking great care of our dad in all the important ways. We no longer worry about his safety and well-being. Living at Park Plaza is like being on a cruise without the ship. All my personal needs are met and the enrichment activities are fulfilling. I highly recommend Park Plaza. The staff are the most outstanding feature.

I'm worse than when I got here. Maintenance if your lucky. People are friendly. They don't want you to leave. Communication limted. I was bitter when I first had to come but since really getting involved, quite a nice place. The activities always keep my brain active or walking in the area and gym takes care of my physical needs. Place is always kept clean by an amazing staff. They are all always willing to help you in any way they can. Just come see for yourself.

Park Plaza is clean, staff are friendly, rooms work well, caregivers are committed and caring. Seems understaffed on management. I can't imagine living here without a competent and caring family member who knows me, regularly ensuring I am okay, doing things that staff won't do, and getting everything I am paying for, but maybe that is true everywhere.
