Replaced a flex plate on a friends expedition. They had it fixed within 48 hours of drop off. Best turn around time of any shop I've been to hands down.

Came in due to a check engine light and a maintenance light as well as a stalling engine. Spent $350 to supposedly get a new O2 sensor, an air filter and an oil change. I am not the most knowledgeable regarding cars and car parts but after I left the shop and my car was supposed to be fixed, the check engine light was still on and the car was still stalling. I notified the shop about the issue and they said I could come back free of charge. I came back and they said to leave it there for the night. It was there for 2 days and nothing got worked on. I called the guy and he said it would be done soon. He said there was new issues and that I had to pay for them. He then hung up on me because I started asking questions and told me nothing was special about my car and that it’s just like anybod
