A catalytic converter needed to be replaced on my 2009 Chevy Malibu. I contacted Parks Auto and the secretary and Landon made it a smooth process from start to finish. They even accommodated me by taking my payment over the phone and allowing me to pick my car up at a later date than I originally planned to without charging me extra. They have taken care of my car a few times over the years! I also love that they discuss the warranty info and labor costs upfront. Nothing hidden. They even recommended another company for an exhaust job to save me money from having to replace the entire exhaust system. I didn't even know I had this issue until Landon informed me. He could have told me to replace it and earn more money, but he told me it wasn't to that point yet. He saved me $1400 by recomm

Have been a customer of Parks Auto for close to 40 years. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Any time I’ve needed work done they’ve always done the job right and done it well. Due to their popularity, you may have to wait to get your car in, but it’s worth the wait. Best automotive shop in the area!

Great service. Fast turnaround. And very reasonable pricing for the quality work. Even let me know of a suspicious noise that I had them take care of the following week. Will continue to use them for maintenance and repair needs going forward!

Parks Auto is a 5 Star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ car place. I love going there, I had a giftcard recently, used it for my oil change. I love it here, it's clean, very nice, the staff and owner are excellent. The only place I will go to now in Fort Wayne. Plus, my mom, and grandma Margie goes here. Truly is The Best car place in Fort Wayne.

They replaced the passenger side mirror on my car for me. The part from Toyota was expensive but I feel what they charged me for labor was fair. Great service and good communication. Very accommodating to my schedule. I have taken my cars there before and always left happy. It’s nice to have a mechanic you can trust! Thank you Parks!
