Parks Motors Service

Worst auto company I have Ever had business with, would not go back if it was last business left. Have had nothing but problems from the time I bought van till now, they're a joke, won't back there word, I had to put money in van as soon as I got it, went to different auto dealership and bought a newer Explorer, I'm still waiting for check for canceled paperwork I signed 2 weeks ago to go to bank so I can sell this junk they sold me. Don't Go Here For A Auto or Anything!!!

Bought my truck a little over year ago, recently had seat issues which they took care fairly quick but had a reduce engine power come up on the dash then corrected itself so while the truck was there for the seat repair had them take a look at to what happened. They called me said the truck was ready for me. Arrived to my truck having dead battery after a 200 dollar battery replacement that had to tell the mechanic how to change out check engine back on with reduce power again . Left the dealership with a loaner truck to haul horses only to the check engine light come on that one also, whole week goes by with no communication. All this they give my truck back that it's good. Guess where I'm heading now with check engine light on once again. Disappointed is the understatement of the year

My car has been in this shop for over 3 weeks with no call and everytime I call I'm told the service manager is to busy to talk to me the warranty company called me yesterday and said they are still waiting on pictures to fix the car but are getting no response from the shop
