Experienced Buyer Warning: Number manipulation, fee reshuffling, and lack of written alignment I’m posting this to warn other buyers, especially those who believe they are informed, to proceed very cautiously with Parks Ford of Gainesville. From the start, I made it clear I wanted to work directly with a decision-maker and keep the entire interaction in writing to avoid confusion. Despite that, I was passed between multiple “managers” and provided buyer’s orders that repeatedly conflicted with what was previously discussed. What followed was a pattern anyone familiar with automotive deal structures will immediately recognize: • The vehicle’s selling price increased after I objected to fees • My trade value decreased at the same time • The payoff on my trade was manipulated, despite pay

Went to test drive a car there and after when we were discussing the cost the advertised price all of a sudden jumped up over $7,000. They have a dealer fee of $1299, LoJack fee of $899, Parks perk plan for $3000, and they applied a $2000 dollar discount to the advertised price if you qualify for financing with them and trade a vehicle in to them. Then they negotiated and came off the LoJack and part of the Parks perk. Still way off. We knew the price would go up due to tax, tag, and title. The rest is excessive. I do not recommend.

Best car sales team I have ever met. They were even cooperative with each other instead of exclusionary and competitive. Their finance department is their Achilles tendon. No pressure sales and fast our the door sales. They even delivered the car when I couldn't pick it up. I loved my salesperson, his very knowledgeable amazing teammate, and the manager even. You can't say that about other dealerships! Very happy and highly recommend them!

Sold me a truck with extensive damage to the roof without disclosing it (yes I should have checked the roof before purchase) and will do nothing to help fix it. Going as far as avoiding me and not calling back after telling me they would. Also, finance manager said he would give me the $150+ dollars back that they charge for using a credit card to purchase an extended warranty for $4000. After reminding them multiple times to reimburse me the money back, they would not respond. Very shady business and personnel. Very rude to customers after the purchase. Avoid doing business here.
