Stopped by to test drive an Expedition that they had on the lot and Jack Dukas was more than willing to allow us to test drive it while ours was getting an oil change. We had been thinking about getting a new one (since we were pre-approved) and was waiting for the right time and the right deal. We fell in love with it. Sadly, by the time we called Jack and were ready to purchase, the vehicle that we test drove was sold the day before! So Jack informed me to check the whole Parks inventory and he would do the same. Alfredo helped us get into a vehicle. The process should take less time. BUT AFTER 4 hours we drove away in a sweet Lincoln . Alright alright alright! They are very friendly and the manager drove us around the lot to find the right vehicle for us. I only would only say, we did get out a little slow. I prefer the lack of hagling needed.
