Hi, I had a viewing at the Parkside Senior Apts with Karen being our Tour Guide and she was one of the most amazing, informative, knowledgeable, bubbly and friendliest women I had the pleasure of meeting. She explained everything in detail and gave me a complete breakdown of all that was on the application and more. My name is Tia Farmer. I am blessed to have visited Leisure Pointe both as a professional and as a close friend of a resident here. I always hear that the residents are happy about the services provided and staff is very caring and friendly. Kenya Carlton is an exceptional Executive Director, he has the heart to care and make sure that all needs are met. I have a few residents I work with regarding senior resources and insurance based programs and benefits and they only have great things to say about Leisure Pointe. Kenya and his Team are AWESOME! When I first met with Kenya back in March, 2015, he set high expectations as to the services that Leisure Pointe would provide for my Dad. I will tell you that Kenya and his Team far surpassed the expectations from the cleanliness of the facility, meals that were provided on a daily basis, local trips and activities, and the care-giving services that were provided by Cecilia and her Team. I highly recommend Leisure Pointe. Kenya and his Team stuck by their commitment to all residents, and took care of my Dad until his final day of life. This place is awesome! I have lived here for 5 years now, and couldn't ask for a better community. The staff is polite, caring and courteous especially the front office staff. All of the staff is very helpful and go out of their way to make a difference for each person. They go above and beyond to make a connection to every resident and treat us like family. The kitchen staff is superb, and the food is out of this world, better than any restaurant! The private caregivers that work in the community are a great asset to have available for those of us who need a bit of help. I love the atmosphere here. Even if I am having a bad day, coming out of my apartment puts me in a wonderful mood. The activities are great and there is always something going on. I feel safe and secure in this community.

Katheryn and I Paul have lived here for 8 years now and we LOVE it. Kenya Carlton the Executive Director is always improving our community every year. Starting with the new washers in the laundry rooms and dryers, dog park, other common areas. Activity room is a great area where you can play games and watch movies, or just have a common area to relax in daily. The dinning room serves 3 great meals prepared by of Chef Josh and his staff and served with a smile. They come out daily to make sure you don't need anything and see how the meal was. The housekeeping is very good and honest when they clean your room, they try to come as close as possible to cleaning the way you like your room since you have the same housekeeper. Ed is the Director of environmental services and he fixes items it see
