As a small business owner myself, I really value clear communication and excellent customer service. Parkway Automotive did a great job walking me through the issue with my Jeep and explaining the repairs that were needed. After the repair I had a temporary start/stop warning/service light. I knew that could happen after the repair work and that the system would recalibrate after driving a day or two. Ben, kept me informed throughout the process and got my vehicle running properly again. I appreciated Ben professionalism and the time he took to explain everything clearly.

I want to say that this was the best AutoShop I have ever been to their reasonable on their pricing and what's the best thing about it?Ben contacts you and text messages and send you pictures of everything what is going on with the vehicle. I'll definitely be taking my car back there again. They did such an amazing job on my vehicle. I appreciate you guys so much.You guys been amazing.You get more than five stars

I had a great experience with Parkway! Recommended by a friend & Parkway was AMAZING! Great team, super helpful & accommodating! I don’t know much about cars, but they helped me understand the issues with mine & how to fix it in a great way & fair price! I was really impressed by the detailed report sent to me of the inspection, with photos & all, where they were able to show potential other fixes needed to my car in the future!

Joe was great to deal with. We dropped off the car and he promptly got back with me on an estimate and got the work done quickly. Made a breakdown a more tolerable experience and stress free. Never had been here before but I will use them again and recommend them.

Parkway Automotive has been great in my experience this month! They fixed a pretty bad oil leak last month! The past couple weeks Joe and Ben were spot on correcting an issue with my Town and Country! They have earned my respect with their honesty in servicing my Town and Country!
