He arrived on time and was incredibly knowledgeable, handling the job with expertise and precision. Everything went smoothly without any issues. Very disappointed in Parkway Towing. I had my car towed via CAA, who subcontracts through Parkway Towing. Well, after one of the worst nights of my life, I had to get my car towed from Niagara Falls to St. Catharines late at night. I originally thought it would be best to tow it to the dealership, cause I thought the tire was flat from a puncture and they’d patch it for me. Instead, upon the Parkway Towing person arriving, he advised it was a bent rim and I changed my mind to tow it to the auto shop that typically stores my tires each year so they could replace my rim. Well, this Parkway Towing operator had a mini tantrum over my changing of the location to where it’s towed. He said he’s only paid per km to the original destination he’s given, and that I’d be required to cancel the cal

Received a 130km tow from "Flat Bed Mike". What a great human being. Made the experience reall positive. Great ambassador for the company and the industry. Made us feel comfortable and at ease throughout the experience. Definately recommend. 👍 🌟
