Kim, Miranda, and Brenda are the most helpful and friendly staff ever. Parmer's Automotive is a big part of our farm and our family. They help us with everything, from the tractor, to hoses, to tires, to major automobile and van repairs. They keep us going safely. They are always reasonably priced and honest. You won't find a better mechanic anywhere. Parmer's Automotive continually blesses the Hugo community.

They were great! I broke down 2 hours away from home, and they were able to diagnose the problem. I wasn't able to drive home in my vehicle, but they made sure I was able to make it home safely. He was very honest and helped me to find a shop closer to home to take my pickup to, but they were so helpful and kind!

For the only place in town to get your car done its a shame that the estimate is always three to four hundred dollars more then what they say it will be. This is due to the fact that they don't have a single mechanic that can complete the things a customer asks to be fixed without them needing to work on something else. Something as simple as a break job and they forget to put brake fluid in the lines or bleed them 🤔 please think long and hard before you take your car here!!! True words from someone who has lived in hugo my whole life. It's worth it to trailer the vehicle and let it get worked on properly by a CERTIFIED MECHANIC.

Took my suburban in there today paid for diagnostics the guy did it the best he could he told me honestly the suburban wasn't worth dumping money into. he gave me half my money back for the diagnosis. Brian parmer honest auto mechanic there are only a few I found and he is definitely one of them
