Parra Care Care

I took my 2023 Ford F 250 6.7 Diesel Truck in yesterday for an oil change. They got me in and had my truck ready in no time. They even filled my DEF as I requested. they ordered over a few boxes. I will be using them again for my next service. everyone was nice from the phone call to the drop off and pick up.

Charged way too much for brake job, changed the price from what we discussed over the phone and order the wrong part from AutoZone causing me to have a two hour wait on a brake job. Bad service unless you are Hispanic. If you are black don't go here!!!!

Parra Care is the only auto shop we use. They always fix our cars to satisfaction and are very reliable.

Parra was recommended to me by my neighbor, Jim Mize. I am very happy with the much needed repairs to my vehicle. My vehicle did not pass emissions at another business. The Parra technicians were able to fix the emmission problem, resolved the check engine light and also replaced shocks on my hatch and and hood. The also saw my loose front bumper and replaced some clips to secure it. I will most definitely return to Parra for future car care needs.
