TL;DR, Parra went the extra mile for me and has earned my future business, special shout out to Justin! I found Parra from a Google Maps search while searching for a high-rated mechanic that was close to me. After seeing their ratings and reviews, I decided to take a chance with them. I dropped my Subaru WRX off on a Monday night, leaving my key and a written note in their dropbox. I spoke with them the next morning in detail about what was wrong and they got on it. I got an email from them Tuesday evening with the diagnosis plus their other recommendations, complete with pictures as applicable for the other recommended services, then called them Wednesday morning to authorize the main repair plus one of the recommended jobs, and was told that they expected to have it ready by the next M

Justin and his team are true honest guys and does outstanding work on later model cars. They're price for a small job was $400 lower than Christian Brothers and $350 lower than Lincoln. They don't try to gouge your eyes out while smiling at the same time. Much respect to Justin and his team.

First time needing service on my 2014 Camry (aside from the normal maintenance, which Ive always used the dealership) since I’ve owned it. I took it to Parra (never heard of Parra because I recently just moved to Euless) and spoke with Justin. So many people have negative things to say about mechanics and the stigma that mechanics tell you that there are more things wrong then they actually are just to make more money and so on. Second time getting an oil change at Parra and the service this time was even better than the last time. They provide photos of the test results done to my truck during their diagnostics. So if there is a part that needs to be replaced they show the test results and then show you photos of the bad part in your vehicle. Knowledgable and friendly staff. Absolutely recommend.

Important heads-up about diagnostic fees: This shop charges $199 for diagnostics, and unfortunately, this fee does NOT apply toward your repair bill if you decide to have the work done. They don't mention this upfront when you call to schedule, so make sure to ask about it before bringing your vehicle in.
