From start to finish, he made sure my car was in excellent shape and took the time to walk me through every step of the process so I felt completely informed and comfortable. What impressed me most was his dedication even with a broken arm in a sling, he continued providing outstanding service with patience and positivity. Omid the store manager was more than cordial and the car required more work than expected initially but Ali, the owner, drove my car personally on the freeway to ensure everything was working right and properly and left me feeling very assured. This is a great body shop! It’s a little difficult to find as it’s off Santa Fe in an industrial area. It’s worth locating! Ali and his brother did a great job on my Kia Sorento. Fixed beautifully, in time and on budget! I won’t go anywhere else if I need this type of service again.
