Parsons Auto Body was awesome to work with. They fixed a headlight issue on my GMC and made everything with my insurance super easy. Clear communication, no runaround, and great work. Definitely a shop you can trust.

My wife got into a fender bender, and Parsons was recommended by a friend. I called and told the woman who answered the phone that my wife got into a car little car accident. She immediately asked if my wife was ok. She took her time to explain the process and what needed to be done. She definitely made this process a lot easier. The staff is professional and kind. This shop is above and beyond excellent!!! My truck went in for repair from an accident. The communication throughout the entire process was impeccable!!! They called me to point out additional damage that the insurance storage lot did too. After the repair was complete it drove and looked like it was never damaged. We had one hiccup when it was time to go on a camping trip. Seems that two of the intercooler hose clamps weren’t holding like they were supposed to. It was a Friday. Called the shop and we drove in and they jumped right on the repair. Went out and it did it again. Same thing and this time the repair worked. They offered to pay for my fuel, any repairs that may happen while on the road etc. None were needed. This shop is impeccable and will be my go to shop and my only recommen
