Parsons Auto Parts

I purchased a transmission from Parsons and it was an overall good experience. It took a couple of days for them to call back to confirm they had what I needed (Minus one star) and they require payment before they pull the transmission out of the car. Fortunately I wasn't in a big rush. Once I paid, they had the transmission ready the next day. Everybody I talked to was helpful and courteous. Most importantly the transmission was a good one, as advertised.

Great service! Everyone is very friendly and they are great at what they do. Definitely recommend.

I sent a message on marketplace to a person named Amir taghavi about getting a part for my car with no response so called and spoke to a person named Ash, whom was nice and said he would get back to me about the part but its been over a week and never did. Not good customer service with no response to the fb marketplace posting and also no response after calling. Leaving customers in limbo seems to be how they operate according to this

I am not sure how this place stays in business. Coming from out of state for a part and called a week ahead. They told me they would have the part ready. I called the day of my arrival and they say they know nothing about it but can pull the part and have it ready the next day. I call the next day and have still not pulled the part. Don’t know why someone can’t pull a taillight within a week. No help at all. I would recommend not wasting time with this group.

After I unfortunately totaled my vehicle, Parsons Auto Parts towed it to the facility where I sold the vehicle for parts. When I was issued a check, I most unfortunately misplaced the check and invoice. Lo and behold, 2 years later, I found the check. The shop could not have been nicer about reissuing 2 years after the fact. I can’t say enough great things about Parsons Auto Parts. They even enjoyed a laugh at my expense as I regaled them with the stories of my wife making fun of me over the past 2 years for “losing” the check.
