Parsons Service

This place deserves more than 5 stars. Clayton is a very skilled and great man to work with. He was very communicative and gave me a prompt update and quote. Turn around time was quick and the price was very fair. Makes me so thankful I decided to bring my car to Parsons last minute and not somewhere else like I originally intended. Clayton even showed me the defective wheel bearing that was the problem which I appreciated. He stayed behind late after close to let me pick up my car after I got off work. The list of extraordinary customer service is long here. Highly recommend Parsons.

I called Parsons Service for an estimate for a brake job on my 2016 Ford Focus RS. I had a previous estimate from a Ford dealership. Parsons quoted me an estimate that was 1/3 the estimate of the dealership. To say I was pleased is an understatement. The parts required were not available off the shelf. Even the dealership said it would take a week for them to get parts. Parsons quoted the same time frame. I took the car in and it was done in a day. Easy to talk to. Reasonable prices and respectful customer service. Parsons gets my highest recommendation. Addendum: There was a manufacturers defect with a part used to do the repair. The problem was fixed with no charge to me for even the labor. Parsons Service continues to earn my highst recommendation.

Moved to the area recently and needed a quick fix for my license plate light bulb. They charged me what was necessary and nothing more and were very nice/fast. Will definitely go back for regular maintenance on whatever future vehicle I have.

Excellent honest mechanics. Took truck in for brakes and gave them approval to replace front and rears. Called to say I’m good for another 20-25k miles from the wear showing.

I have used Parsons several times over the last 2 years - always extremely happy with the timeliness, quality of service, and price! Clayton has always been transparent on work that needs to be done in order to continue driving safely, and when something has more life prior to replacing. Always appreciate their transparency and attention to detail! Going to car repair shops as a female can be intimidating, so I appreciate Parsons for being so communicative! Will be coming back for all future repairs!
