Parts Authority

This morning on January 8th 2026 at exactly 7:30 am a gentleman by the name of Ernie opened for bussiness. At the time I didn't know his name but shortly after I found out his name is (Ernie) he proceeded to ask me how may I help you. I brought out my list Ernie listened patiently. I need 2 front struts 2 rear shocks 6 spark plugs with spark plug wires and anti threadlock. He gathered all my parts he started a nice conversation with me you see this is the first time going to parts Authority Ernie is the type of employee that makes Parts Authority flourish and become more successful. In the future this will be my go to place for automotive supplies parts. I will highly recommend parts Authority to my family and friends and anyone reading this review.. Great store, came in to get a new Auxiliary battery for my car and the customer service was top notch. Ernie helped me and he was really good at his job. And the prices were very good. I recommend this place to anyone who needs car parts.

Had to return some parts I didn't need I had no problem because. I had my receipt. Staff was very nice and helpful even though they were really busy.
