I think in order for you to get hired there you got to have zero customer service skills. I sat there for 45 mins for them to pull some basics battery terminals , left for about 30mins cause I guess they were busy so I just patiently gave the staff more time to call me up for my battery terminals. Once I came back to the building waited another 20 minutes just to reach the cashier / parts pick up just for him to tell me there no ticket for my vehicle he does not know what happened, but he was clearly aware how long I’ve been there. Just wasted two hours of my life for something I should just gotten at autozone. Just figured it was more convenient coming here.

I walked in and a man behind the counter just makes eye contact with me while chewing gum and did not bother to ask me if I needed help until I started the conversation that I was picking up an order. He turns his head over to a female worker next to him. so I said I was picking up an order for xxxx name. The same woman behind her work station starts shuffling papers and proceeds to ask me to confirm the account # basically that's all the verbal interaction i received. She gets up, walks over to get the part and comes outside her work space and places the box on the counter. I asked if I was done and only handed me the receipt. I think as a business you can try to have better customer service skills. Made me feel I was taking their time and I am sorry I did. I don't think customer is alw

Be careful they rob you with the change when you give them cash I got robbed $21 , this company is so bad has super bad employees

Cashier name jayleen works pretty fast to attend costumers and is always helping in the best possible way. Having a nice positive vibes everyday even when store is busy. And makes every visit go smoothly!

Great place to find almost all parts ....but the new girl at the counter is too unprofessional ... going to talk to her co worker and leaving the customers unattended for several minutes Also I was trying to cancel a wrong part ...and she said that I could do it at another store .just because I was going to pick up a part at greenbelt .........I was surprised when she told me that ...I'm already here why I can't cancel the order I'm already here . besides I bought here ... terrible experience ...please hiring someone that is willing to deal with customers
