Told them I was coming an hour and a half drive away to pick up the part. They didn’t have the decency to tell me which location to pick it up at so I had to go to all three. Then the part was defective so I had to drive all the way back to exchange. Asked them if they would be open Easter, they said yes the Indio location will be. Here I am and this location is closed and no one is answering the phone. Really sucks.

Customer service was terrible when I called, the person who I spoke to was in a bad mood from the start; I would think someone who is older than the store would have learned some proper customer service and basic mannerism.

Great service. Don't be quick to judge the person over the counter because of their image. The place may need a little touching up but they value their customers who continue to go back for their quick & reliable service. I get all my parts here and will continue to do so.

Scott the manager at Indio store was.great. He helped me resolve a problem when I really needed his help. I will continue to do business with him. I recommend this to all car owners in Indio.
