Parts Authority

This was my first time going to a Parts Authority and it was wonderful. I only came to buy replacement licence plate bulbs, but with their online parts directory, I was able to see their inventory with unbeatable prices. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, it had an old school, family ran type of charm that I enjoyed.

Palm Springs, CA I can’t say enough good things about the team at Parts Authority in Palm Springs! These guys are incredibly organized, professional, and courteous, even under high-volume and high-stress situations. I needed a quote and parts for my vehicle, and they handled everything quickly and efficiently. They had exactly what I needed, gathered everything without delay, and got me back to work installing the correct parts. Their level of service is top-notch, and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of quality auto parts. Five stars all the way! I forgot to mention the pricing was spot on as well

Excellent service, I wish the Palm Springs store was open until 6 on Saturday. The Indio store has the perfect hours for home mechanics. Veterans, First Responders ,Active Duty discount really helps out. Thos is best parts warehouse I have found in Cochella Valley.

The rating would have been better. Phone ordered parts. Not at location. When you call you do not know which store you are talking to. You order parts. Go to pick up. No parts there.
