Thanks to Bailey and her team I got parts quickly and inexpensive! Called in the morning, she secured the part for me, I paid with ApplePay over the phone was was able to pick up the part that afternoon. Great service, will come back! :)

Do not waste your time or money here. I bought a part on February 20th for a Monday delivery that never showed up. Since then, I’ve been blown off daily with empty promises of "we'll call you back." ​Today, a manager finally admitted they sold my part to someone else after I already paid for it. He promised a resolution by 12:30 PM, but as expected no call back for an update. This is easily the most unprofessional, dishonest "service" I’ve ever experienced.

I am glad I found this preowned parts place. Parts Box had the parts I needed, at a great price and they ship. Freddie is the best, he really knows what he is doing and made sure my parts were correct and he conducted my transaction faster than anyone I have ever dealt with when placing an order. I will definitely use this place for my used parts and I recommend asking for Freddie when calling. **Update: Added photos. I received my parts faster than I expected and the quality grade of my parts was excellent, packaged well and not even a scratch. 💯
