It's just ridiculous that you're waiting for 15 minutes and you're the only customer and no one bothers to serve you. They only say when you arrive that they will assist you in a minute, well I waited 15 and they prefer to talk to each other or on the phone so I better left. I wasted my time driving to this place. It is better to look for another dealer where they are more serious and more professional since the Riverside Chevrolet parts department is not.
