Helped me plug a tire in a pinch, Dan and the guys at parts city in Belle plaine are always willing to help!

I love going to visit these guys. They are always friendly and willing to answer questions. They are also very reasonably priced compared to other places such as Napa.

Great customer service. My windshield wiper fell off and they were more than happy to put the new ones on in 5 inches of snow and below zero weather.. They also helped get my car unstuck.

3 employees at the counter and i was the only customer at the store at the moment I waited in front of the counter abt 8 feet far from them waiting to be cashed out for 10 minutes They notice me there of course but probably it was a race profile situation since when other employee came tru the back door and saw me waiting while the others were not giving a S... that i was there standing, he started to cash me out then a caucasian older guy customer came in and one of them real quick asked him (how can i help you) i looked at them in shocked like this is for real??!! I would never go back to that rundown redneck auto part store in my life again.
