Went in today to drop off a work vehicle for scheduled service. Off the cuff I decided to ask what it would take to look at my car which seemed to develop an exhaust leak, and they had it in the shop within half an hour to take a look. They were able to get it in and fix it for less than half the cost they quoted and I expected, and all with zero notice or scheduling on my part. If you're in the area and looking for an honest shop, you can't go wrong with Dodson! I wouldn't hesitate to take my vehicle back there in the future.

I took my car in because it would shut off under 35 mph. They said it was th O2 sensor. They fixed that and another thing they found. I specifically asked for an oil change an for the timing belt to be changed. Neither was done but I was charged for an oil change. Was told the timing belt should be change at 97500 miles. My car is at 121000. They also found that the mass air flow sensor was faulty, but then read as fine later. Said it could be a problem again soon. It popped up again as soon as I turned my car on. I was no called to see if I wanted it fixed when they found this. Before the "oil change" my total was about $800 I was charged $1009. My family used to take our cars there all the time. Not sure what has happened in the past couple years but it's gone WAY downhill. Neither me no

I ended up with a flat tire on highway 29 right before the marathon exit and was in desperate need of getting the tire patched and getting the truck off the highway we took the tire there quick, asked if they fix tires and they said yes then proceeded to not even look at my tire or anything and just told me that they would not fix it for me, no reason given. Had to run all the way back to Wausau to thunder lube to have them fix it. Never been so disappointed in a shop before like I was with here.
