Absolutely fantastic customer service.... I went in this place today at my wit's end with my vehicle and they helped me sooooo very much. I truly couldn't have had better service with these gentlemen.

I’ve been there a dozen times for lawn mower parts, car parts, and gardening supplies. Every single time, I’ve found exactly what I needed. They don’t just provide the right parts—they also give excellent advice that goes above and beyond expectations.

Great folks and great business. We stopped at Ingles on our way to take cows to our processor and when we started the truck the battery exploded. My husband walked across the road to this auto store. They brought him back with the new battery and helped us get on our way. The guy that helped us was very nice and helpful..

If they don’t have it they can order it.

Super nice people and they had the belt that I called about onthe counter when I walked in and they were both kind and courteous. I am thinking the bad reviews are coming from Karen's or Kevin's. I do not know why people do not understand that if you treat or talk to someone like they are below you it never wnds well
