I brought my car in for service because the oil filter was leaking. The car is still under warranty. After dropping it off, I went to the waiting room. Four hours later, I called for an update, but the representative couldn’t tell me where my car was and simply promised to call back. No one did. I went to the office in person, only to find out that they had completely forgotten about my car. As a result, I ended up waiting there for nearly five hours and couldn't pick up my children from school. I just hope the company didn’t bill my insurance for an oil change. If they did, they should be taken to court. Will see during the next visit.
