I ordered a right passenger-side mirror for a Honda CR-V with a rear-view camera. The product description clearly stated that the mirror included a camera, but I received a mirror WITHOUT a camera. After contacting the seller: they refused to issue a refund they refused to exchange the item they stopped responding to my messages entirely This is not just a mistake — it’s a complete lack of responsibility after taking payment. If you receive the wrong item, don’t expect any help or resolution. Be very careful. I strongly do NOT recommend this company.

I asked a question about the part I purchased just to make sure and they just refunded it without explanation. That’s horrible customer service and bad way of conducting business. This part was really needed and I was only trying to get a answer.The description only showed pictures of the engine.

Slow shipping. Finally got the part on the 21st, found it to be incorrect on the 22nd, sent message on the 22nd, 24th and the 26th with no answer. Piss poor service, piss poor company.

Best parts place around. Thanks again for the very helpful and friendly staff in helping me find everything I was needing.
