I’ve been getting parts here for different ford trucks over the years. Always helpful and friendly staff.
Did an oil change, upsold parts, charged $90 to put in an oil filter (under 15 min of work), broke my windshield washer fluid nozzle, left stuff misplaced, didn’t put seats back, and refused to look at a fuse I asked them too. Plus didn’t reset the dashboard notifications. Jiffy lube can do that stuff. Poorly done team.
Miguel has been great to work with. The Sioux Falls Ford Sales (Kevin Rost) & Service teams made warranty work right. Will continue to work with them and would recommend
