After two calls (one even with a supervisor) and multiple online messages, they flat-out told me they won’t refund a dime and won’t send the missing parts. So basically, they took my money, shipped half the order, and then ghosted me when I asked them to fix it. No accountability. No refund. Just excuses. I’ve filed a dispute with my credit card company and reported them to the BBB, but figured I’d post here to save someone else from wasting their time and money. I ordered a 2004 Mercedes CLK320 Third Brake Light from PartsGeek (Order #30-20446922, $210.12). The order shipped on September 29, 2025, via FedEx Ground Economy and is still in transit — scheduled for delivery October 3, 2025. Here’s the problem: FedEx refused to hold, redirect, or allow me to intercept the package. Their Ground Economy service doesn’t give the customer any control once it ships. PartsGeek then told me there was nothing they could do either, even though the part hasn’t been delivered yet. When I asked for help, I was told my only option would be to buy the part again. To make it worse, their customer service “manager,” Carlos, was extremely rude and refused to provide even a last initial. Took me three times to get the correct part, the first round I was advised by one of their advisors to purchase a specific handle for an F250 it was the wrong one. They charge me a restocking fee, the second order for the correct part was never delivered to my house. They said it wasn't their fault and then I needed to file a claim with the USPS, finally got the part. The third round prices were good, but after three rounds of ordering, it didn't end up being such a good price.

Previously I had good experiences w/ them. I am careful, and only used them a few times. Now it is obvious to me they are intentionally defrauding people (while posting on their site only 5 star reviews.) Google reviews shows over 90% 1 star reviews now. I ordered a premium product/brand at a premium price ($53.97 Doorman blower motor resistor p/n 146724-06135857) from their site. The co's response was to deliver a common inferior product (Doorman p/n 973-178) under the same brand which is indistinguishable from another brand (p/n 146724-02455102) in the same list that sells for $20.95, yet still charging $53.97. I called them about this and the person said he has no ability to contact the warehouse to ensure that I won't get the same results if I return what they sent me and re-ord

This is my first time experience with parts geek, about a month ago. I ordered a part for my 2007 Hummer H2. The description said the part would fit. The price of the item was approximately $130 upon receiving the item which looked like it had been taped up before, and had a big hole in the side of the box, I opened it and it it did not fit the Hummer H2 as described. I called the customer service number and spoke to someone who was somewhat rude and very I mean very hard to understand. I received by email instructions to return the item and was absolutely astonished that I had to pay for shipment back, even though the item didn’t fit as described.
