This place is a straight up scam. They sent me a used part that doesn’t work. Box was all tapped up, dirt on the part, broke electrical wires. Can’t talk to anyone on the phone. They don’t respond to emails. Don’t order from here. I ordered from them to save $20, now I’m out $100. And have to order from somewhere else. These good reviews have to be fake

I purchase a Rigid chase light part # 91033 on Sunday and received the item Tuesday morning. Also I purchase the item for $220 compared to $300 everywhere else. Gary from customer answered my question instantly via email. I highly recommend using Hawk Parts. Rich Santiago

Great company to order parts from. Shipping is usually very fast. I really like that they mostly use UPS for shipping. I had one small issue with an order but Gary was able to help and make things right. I’ll definitely order more product from them going forward.

Partshawk customer service isn't cooperative at all. I ordered an Energy Suspension Bushing Kit 3-4138 in November of 2024. I didn't try to install the whole kit until recently. Never suspecting that the kit was missing 2 (two) 4028 bushings. This work takes time. Now I am stuck with an INCOMPLETE KIT. How do you fix this dilemma?

Ordered a louvered tailgate from them and it was the wrong tailgate. I sent it back and it's been a week since the product was returned with no refund yet. Instead of taking it back they sent it to the manufacturer in indiana and also hit me with 60.00 in shipping, doesnt make much sense considering we are both in florida. They're literally a 2 hour drive from my location.
