If your in the south Florida area it’s better to order online. In store service is too busy with the high amount of customers and minimal amount of cashiers available. You will wait over an hour for the simplest of parts. Can’t deny the quality and price though. That’s why I wait.

I'm excited to give my little opinion on this.Awesome place. When I first entered, it was my first time going in. I was greeted with a warm welcoming feeling. They all were business professionalism, but it gave you a family. Welcoming They assisted me even sometimes in my quirky ways of doing things. Mr. Pierre humored me by trying something that I suggested, and it worked. And they commended me and patted me on the back that made me feel good. I also got a chance to meet the manager. His name is Mr. Rudy not only is he so helpful,and made me feel so comfortable with his assistance but he is a very handsome Guy!!!! This family oriented place will welcome you in graciously.And any woman can come and feel quite comfortable in what she is purchasing.I recommend it !!!!!!

I needed assistance with specific information related to a purchase in order to have a rebuilt title issued. While I expected a professional and helpful experience, the individual who assisted me was extremely condescending and dismissive in their tone and manner. Rather than providing clear guidance or support, I was spoken to in a way that made me feel belittled and extremely uncomfortable. As a paying customer seeking legitimate assistance, I found this behavior unacceptable and unprofessional. No customer should be made to feel low or disrespected when simply asking for help related to a purchase.Customer service should be informative, courteous, and respectful, especially when dealing with matters that involve legal documentation such as title rebuilding. Super Parts Store worth the drive. The customer service is top of the line!

Placed an online order “ready in 1 hour”. 3 hours later I called the only working number listed for this business and was told “we have no information about online orders”. Arrived at the store exactly at 3:01 PM after battling 45 minutes of traffic (1 minute after closing time) and was told “the guy who does online already left”. No one would help just hand over an order I had already paid for and showed proof of purchase. Even after explaining I’m helping family and don’t live here. Horrible business - suggest you shop elsewhere.
