I love a pop shop. Ron, the owner and mechanic, is very knowledgeable and cares about vehicle quality. My 2017 corolla that i bought from him has served me well for the past 6 years! If you want someone trustworthy to work on your toyota who isn't going to upcharge you or try to sell you on things you don't need, he's your guy. His communication is great, he'll inspect and then call and update you with what the job entails and how much the parts for the job are beforehand so you can decide if you want to go through with the repairs. I really appreciate that he breaks down not only the cost of the parts, but he explains the labor and why it needs to be done.
