Tire pro’s shop is awesome, I have 5 cars and I always come here because they are upfront, honest and don’t try to run up the bill. The name says “Tire” and the average person would conclude that’s all they do. That’s not true as they handle just about every job big and small from dash cam installs, smog repairs, air bag installations, etc. Henry is amazing. Polite, courteous and professional. He takes care of you like your husband family member. This business is also veteran owned. Being a veteran myself I can see why this company is ran with discipline, efficiency, attention to detail and with pride! I will be forever a tire pro customer.

Installation was quick, professional, and done in under an hour. The staff was friendly, family-oriented, and genuinely helpful without any pressure. Perfect combo of value, speed, and great service. I walked in expecting a good service experience, and walked out with an amazing service experience instead. When I came in on Saturday in the afternoon, the parking lot looked packed. Yet by the end of the day the staff had not only managed to get my car done but also managed to clear out the rest of the cars in the lot too. After dropping my car off, Henry and the rest of the staff were friendly and helpful, and I was able to get a job for a wheel alignment and tire rotation set up easily. A few hours later, I got the call back from them and managed to pick up my car no problem. Amazing service BEST price in all of Pasadena there is not a long wait. My car was in and out for 4 tires and alligment in a less than 90 minutes. I replaced 4 tires on a model S plaid with Tesla you have to set an appointment and wait for service here I drove in he ordered the tires and I was out.
