I started using Passarella's when we moved to the area in 2001. Mike and his staff are trustworthy mechanics that are up to date with the technologies. He always accommodates aura schedule and usually has repairs done quickly. I wouldn't use anyone else.

Avoid this shop at all cost!!! They will take advantage of you especially if they can tell you don’t know cars. They installed a faulty AC in my car last year that not only stopped working this year but completely damaged and melted everything around it. I spent $1500 this past month in their shop to get my car ready for a 27 hour road trip. To find out from Dan the day I am supposed to leave that the fan he installed last year is completely messed up and he can’t find a replacement at this time. This is after I brought my car in twice in the past two weeks to make sure everything will be ok to leave for Friday. A car I have had for almost 10 years is now only good for scraps after the mess Passarella’s created for me. And when I called Mike jr to see how he can help me…he said nothing is

Car trouble almost 4 hours away from home and we walked to this garage. The manager was our savior! He was able to get our vehicle back on the road. Great experience all around. Would highly recommend.
