Phenomenal Sales and Service Team Service - I worked with Aki and she was able to get in and diagnosed within a reasonable amount of time, she was knowledgeable about her cars and recommendations on what to do on a tight budget 5/5 service experience. I come to this dealership to have my ‘22 Pathfinder serviced by Wasi Biru’s team. Wasi has supervised maintenance and repairs on every car (Nissan) I’ve had since 2008 and does excellent work. I met him at another repair facility and when they closed down, I followed him to Passport Nissan. I will always trust him with my cars. His extensive knowledge and level of expertise shows with every transaction. His service is top notch! Every visit is fast and professional. He is an excellent service manager and I believe their service department benefits greatly by having him on staff.

I have been servicing both my cars at Passport Nissan for more than 10 years, even though I purchased them from other Nissan dealerships. This place is a gem. The pricing is fair and the repairs and services are done correctly the first time. Recommended repairs are clearly explained and I never feel as if I am being upsold on unnecessary, expensive services as can happen at other places.
