Pathways Retirement Residence

My mother just moved into Pathways a week ago - she was very hesitant to leave her home of 51 years and I was worried if she’d stay - one week later - she’s staying! The staff in all areas are so kind and helpful, the people are friendly and it’s set up so well for seniors. She has made friends with her eating partners who are such lovely ladies and loves the food. She’s getting her hair done there tomorrow- so handy to have hairdressers right there. She is started to socialize with the fun games and activities they have. I am SO relieved and happy we picked Pathways ♥️ Thanks to all the staff and management for creating such a beautiful atmosphere for seniors ♥️

It's was such an emotional life change for my grandmother but James and his team made the transition an easy one. The team is approachable and accommodating in every way. Gram loves the food and choices as well. She has met fun social people to spend time with and loves the activities! Thanks Pathways for making this past year so memorable!!!

I live in Pathways right now and have been here for 8 months this sandwich is what I was served today for lunch . Not even any butter on the at least three day old bread. The main choice was red meat on a hot dog bun with melted cheese I have eating issues that doesn't allow me to eat red meat Pathways is well aware of that and when I came in here I was told my eating issues wouldn't be a problem for me they could and would work around it. I am not the only res to complain about .meals. When I complained to the general manager he said I was the only one to complain about food so not true. We are feed like dogs in here I feed my cat better.

My sister Linda moved into Pathways a year ago and she is very happy there. I live in another city and I can call any time and the staff is so helpful and kind and will check on my sister any hour of the day, which gives me peace of mind. The place is well maintained and very pretty and my sister likes the meals 90 % of the time. I would highly recommend Pathways.

After being in numerous retirement facilities this has been far my best experience. Each time I walk in I am greeted by staff, and guests with an equally happy smile. One day I walked in to find a group of cheering seniors laughing and hollering ----- what did I see? MINNOW RACES! How much fun is that? There isn't a time I have been through the building that there hasn't been someone in the games room playing cards or shooting pool. Moving a loved one into this space was effortless with all questions or concerns met with direct and quick answers. Phenomenal atmosphere where seniors can enjoy their day to day without family worrying that their loved one is bored or not attended to. Great experience all around. Highly recommended!
